Julie
Williams - Head Instructor
Julie Williams
is the Head Instructor of the Welsh Kempo Association and
lead Instructor for the Branwen Safety Awareness course. Having
studied a number of Martial arts since school age she eventually started
training in White Tiger Kempo karate and gained her 1st and 2nd Dan in
that style. In later years Julie studied Kempo Karate and Goshin Ryu
Kempo gaining grades of 3rd Dan in both styles. Julie is currently
studying and teaching the Dacyana Eskrima system under Master Jun
Dacyana, Jo Biggs (Sensei) and Marcie Harding.
Kathryn
Williams - Instructor
Kathryn is the main instructor of the Rhondda Kempo school and is also
an assistant instructor for the Branwen Safety Awareness Course. Kathryn
teaches in both Welsh and English. She is currently graded to 1st dan
Freestyle Kempo, 2nd Dan Goshin Ryu Kempo and 3rd Kyu White Tiger Kempo.
Gwen
Davies - Trainee Instructor
Gwen
has recently graded to Brown Belt and is a trainee instructor. Gwen
teaches
in both English & Welsh. Gwen has a World Champion title and was
recently awarded Gold in the Team Kata section & 4th in Individual Kata
at the KI World Championships 2007.
Bryony
Chislett Williams - Trainee Instructor
Bryony
has recently graded to Brown Belt. Bryony is a trainee instructor and
teaches in both Welsh & English Language. Bryony is a Double World
Champion at 11yrs of age and recently took Gold as part of the Welsh
Kata Team, Gold in Self defence and Bronze in individual Kata in the KI
World Championships 2007.
Ceri
Williams - Trainee Instructor
Ceri
is a Trainee Instructor with the club and also teaches in Welsh and
English. Ceri is also an assistant instructor for the Branwen Personal
Safety Course
