 Almost all  our courses are taught  by female instructors. 

 Freestyle Kempo Karate classes are available for 5 years old upward to senior level.

The Welsh Kempo association is the only Martial Arts body in Wales teaching Freestyle Kempo Jujutsu in both the English and Welsh language.
